FROM THE NORTH:
On I-5 heading south, take the Corson Ave./Michigan St. exit #162. Follow Corson Ave. through the first traffic signal (Michigan St.). Turn left at the second traffic signal (E. Marginal Way So.). Proceed south on E. Marginal Way So. to the fourth traffic signal (16th Ave. So.) and turn right. Follow 16th Ave. So. over the South Park Bridge, through the first traffic signal (So. Cloverdale St.), three (3) additional blocks, and turn left at So. Concord St. Our large beige warehouse is on the N.E. corner of So. Concord St. and 14th Ave. So., directly across the street from the Union 76 service station.
FROM THE SOUTH:
On I-5 heading north, take the WA-599 Tukwila/W. Marginal Way exit #156 (approximately one (1) mile north of the Southcenter Shopping Mall). After traveling 1.6 miles, WA-599 becomes WA-99. Continue on WA-99 for approximately 1.8 miles, then take the Des Moines Dr./14th Ave. So. exit. Keep to the right, and turn left at the stop sign. Proceed through the first traffic signal, one (1) block to So. Concord St., and turn right. Our large beige warehouse is on the N.E. corner of So. Concord St. and 14th Ave. So., directly across the street from the Union 76 service station.
FROM THE EAST:
THESE DIRECTIONS CAN BE USED FROM EITHER HIGHWAY 520
OR INTERSTATE 90
From either westbound Highway 520 or I-90, get onto I-5 heading south. Take the Corson Ave./Michigan St. exit #162. Follow Corson Ave. through the first traffic signal (Michigan St.). Turn left at the second traffic signal (E. Marginal Way So.). Proceed south on E. Marginal Way So. to the fourth traffic signal (16th Ave. So.) and turn right .
